Trudy May's Bay is your ideal bayside family vacation home. Located on the serene St Joseph's Bay, you have the best of both the bay and the gulf. The vista views will lure you to the 500' dock (shared with only one other home) for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and scalloping. We also have a screened-in waterfront gazebo for your day and nighttime enjoyment with power and running water. Enjoy taking the house bicycles (8) out for a tour of the area on the extended bike path, or taking out our kayaks (4) or paddle boards (4) on a scenic paddle around the bay.
The spacious 4B/3B home is a short walk from the beach and an even shorter bike ride. Trudy May's is pet friendly and perfect for family vacations with small children. The 4th bedroom of the home is located on the main level of the house with its own large bathroom. This room is perfect for older guests who aren't as mobile (only one set of stairs at the entrance.)
The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need for large family meals and cookouts including and also has a large gas grill. Trudy May's has two large decks on the 1st and 2nd floors looking out onto the expansive views of the bay.
Along with bikes we provide beach chairs and a selection of beach accessories/toys.
Trudy May's has been a meeting point for a lot of our guests families, bringing people together from different locations. There is plenty of space to dock a boat at the end of the dock and we also offer a RV spot on the property ($125 per night.)

Amelia By the Sea is the perfect beachfront getaway. This beautiful 3B/3B end-unit condo is tucked right behind the dunes and just steps from the beach with immaculate views of the gulf. It is located in the gated community Seacliffs with a pool and boardwalk leading to the beach and a nature trail.
Everyone can enjoy exploring the park, walking on the beach, or fishing, then come back to cook dinner together oceanside. This beautiful end-unit condo is tucked right behind the dunes and just steps from the beach with immaculate views of the gulf.
We provide bikes (4) and kayaks (2) for your enjoyment and an aluminum beach cart perfect for lazy days on the beach or surf fishing. We also provide beach chairs and some kids beach accessories.
Each floor looks out onto the gulf with large sliding glass doors and spacious balconies that feel like you're practically standing on the beach. Both the main suite and the second-floor guest room have king-sized beds, gulf views with private balconies that look out onto the gulf. The bathroom in the main suite also looks out at the ocean through a large window so you can relax in the jacuzzi tub while watching the sunset.
The living living room has a large sectional sofa and a queen sleeper futon that sleeps two so the unit sleep ten people total. The kitchen is very well equipped and was designed to have a very functional flow perfect for cooking family meals with a cozy breakfast table/kitchen island.
We have been renting this unit for over 10 years and have many guests that return each year.
